The National Center for Crisis and Continuity Coordination (NC4) is a privately held company specializing in situational awareness and readiness solutions to business and government worldwide. Its offerings improve the prevention, protection, response, and recovery phases of a crisis for organizations involved in corporate security, homeland security, emergency management, business continuity management, and law enforcement.

POSITION
NC4 is currently seeking one entry-level International Incident Analyst to join the NC4 Incident Monitoring Center (NIMC) in Framingham, MA. International Analysts collect and assess open-source intelligence information from across the globe on a 24x7 basis. They redistribute relevant information in value-added, time-sensitive reports directly to our corporate and government consumers. Analysts closely monitor open sources, write concise yet detailed reports, and respond to customer inquiries from around the world. They are also tasked with expanding NC4’s global reach via the development of new sources and procedures. This is an entry-level position.

NC4 is currently seeking one qualified candidate for an entry-level day shift analyst position (7am-7pm) in Framingham, MA.

Some weekend and holiday work required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong research skills, particularly on the Internet
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet short-term deadlines.
• Contribute to and thrive in a team environment
• Knowledge of and interest in world affairs, international relations, journalism, or related fields of a global scale.
• Proficiency in foreign languages. Ideal candidates will know (1) Spanish (2) Arabic or (3) Japanese. However, candidates with any significant foreign language skills, particularly in reading, are of interest.
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have legal right to work in the US

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Flexible schedule
• Advanced degree
• Experience living abroad
• Previous experience in intelligence analysis, emergency management, business continuity, corporate security, or related fields.
• Specialized knowledge of security, health, hazmat, meteorology, or other issues which could affect clients’ international operations and employee safety.

SALARY: DOE/Night shift and weekends paid at a premium/Comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and 401k
